By building a new supply chain with our own farms, from farmer to processor to supplier, we deliver great products direct to your door.

For over the years, our butchers served the city’s top hotels and restaurants, and now offering same great food & delivery service direct to your door. We have a wide variety fresh & quality product including meat, seafood, ingredients, fruits and beverages.

Our mission as an online butcher is to provide better meat sourced sustainably in HK. We are passionate about quality, safety and integrity when it comes to producing red meat. With a large variety of quality cuts available for consumers to enjoy, our grain-fed beef come with a variety of textures, taste profiles and eating quality characteristics that are perfect for many international cuisines.

Our Kuro Kin Wagyu and HUNTER BEEF Angus beef are available in catering and retail packages supplied to various catering and retail channels.

Kuro Kin Wagyu has been established for 20 years. In order to take advantage of the pure bred Wagyu cattle, the Kuro Kin Wagyu bulls be the world’s three largest Wagyu bloodlines carried out a perfect combination, selected the offspring for body growth performance and maternity, and at the same time refined the grade, tenderness and flavor of the top wagyu beef.

Angus Beef

Our own Glenrock Station, Brindley Park, Clear Hils and Oak Park ranch breeds mainly pure black Angus cattle, which have strong genetic expression and market recognition. Black Angus cattle have become the representative of the HUNTER BEEF brand.

Through careful cultivation of its own pasture, Black Angus bulls are strong in size with high breeding value; high fertility and reproduction survival rate; cattle are fed and fattened with fast growth rate. In order to ensure quality, starting from the selection of cattle, samples are collected from each cattle carcass, and DNA is extracted as the raw material for meat standard (MSA) grading. The number of the DNA sample and the record corresponding to the body number will also be linked to the meat. Standard (MSA) ratings and live cattle production data.

Our three Bordeaux wineries (Vieux Château Landon, Château Lezongars, CHÂTEAU DE LAGORCE) are all independently managed, directly using the existing leadership team of the winery to operate. Long term self-management, these skills allow us to maximize our productivity, efficiently achieve professional goals.

Since the 18th century, Medoc has been the most prominent and honorable wine region in France. In 1855, the French Emperor Na pol eon 3rd demanded Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce to nominate the 61 Grand Cru Classé, mostly located in the Medoc region, for those well-known Château Lafite Rothschild, Château Margaux, Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Latour.

Vieux Chateau Landon lies only 7 minutes journey away from these prestigious chateaus. Founded in 1607 and has more than 400 years history, Vieux Chateau Landon embraces 43 hectares vineyard with classic Medoc wine grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. The most important feature is the planting and training system, harvesting, aging and storing conditions following the traditional French wine making technology. All the wine has gone through oak aging for than 15 months, sticking to the high-quality French wine making procedure.

Carmen Estate Coffee

The Carmen Estate is in the Volcan Valley on the western foot of the Volcan Bard in Panama. With an altitude of 1,750 meters, it is the most important producing area of the shade loving coffee of the high mountains of Panama. In the valley, the Chiriquí River originates from the Blue Mountains of Cerro Punta and follows the valley all the way south to the Pacific Ocean. The nutrient rich volcanic black soil and the long term nourishment of the river make this area the best hotbed of Panamanian coffee.

The world coffee upstart Geisha (geisha), originated in Ethiopia, exported to Kenya, traveled to Tanzania, Costa Rica, and wa s t ransplanted to Panama in the 1960s and 1970s. After nearly half a century, it was a blockbuster and defeated the ever victorious army of Bourbon. Kadura , Kaduai , Tibica and other varieties, a mouthful of airbags won the first prize of Best Panama in 2005 2007. It is also said that Panama Geisha coffee beans can shake the status of Blue Mountain Coffee and Hawaii Kona as one queen and one queen. Panama’s Geisha is known as unprecedented and the most expensive in history. This coffee bean has won numerous awards and has a coffee score of 94.1 points.
