Kuro Kin Wagyu

We have been established for 20 years as a premium brand in the industry. We take pride in our meticulous selection process, which involves the careful breeding of purebred Wagyu cattle. By combining the world’s three largest Wagyu bloodlines, we have created a prefect combination that results in exceptional body growth performance and maternity. Additionally, we have refined the grade, tenderness, and flavor of our top Wagyu beef.

Angus Beef

We breed primarily pure black Angus cattle on our Glenrock Station, Brindley Park, Clear Hils and Oak Park ranches. These cattle have earned strong genetic expression and market recognition, making them the primary representative of the Hunter Beef brand. Our careful cultivation of pasture ensures that our Black Angus bulls are robust in size, with high breeding value, and a high fertility and reproduction survival rate. We prioritize the feeding and fattening of our cattle, ensuring fast growth rates and exceptional quality.
To guarantee the highest possible standards, we collect samples from each cattle carcass, which are then used to extract DNA as a raw material for meat standard  (MSA) grading. We link the DNA sample number and record to the corresponding body number, along with live cattle production data and meat standard (MSA) ratings. This process ensures that our customers receive the very best quality of meat possible.

Bordeaux wineries

(Vieux Château Landon, Château Lezongars, CHÂTEAU DE LAGORCE) are all independently managed and operate under the existing leadership team of each winery. Our long-term approach to self-management enables us to maximize productivity and efficiently achieve our professional goals.

Since the 18th century, Medoc region has been the most prominent and esteemed wine region in France. In 1855, the French Emperor Napoleon 3rd demanded that the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce nominate the 61 Grand Cru Classé, mostly located in the Medoc region, including the well-known Château Lafite Rothschild, Château Margaux, Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Latour.

Located only 7 minutes away from these prestigious chateaus. Vieux Chateau Landon was founded in 1607 and boasts a history of more than 400 years. Our vineyard spans 43 hectares and features classic Medoc wine grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. Our most important feature is our planting and training system, harvesting, aging and storing conditions, which follow traditional French wine making technology. All of our wines undergo oak aging for more than 15 months, adhering to the highest quality French wine making procedures.
